User Accounts and Registration

Acceptable Use Policy

- Creating voice clones for your own recruiting purposes

Prohibited Uses
- Using the Service for any illegal, harmful, or discriminatory purposes

- Attempting to circumvent fraud detection or security measures
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code

- Sharing access credentials or violating usage limits
- Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Subscription and Billing

Billing Terms

Free Trial

AI-Generated Content
- Interview questions and responses generated by our AI are provided "as-is"
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for appropriateness
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content
- Final hiring decisions remain your sole responsibility
Data Processing and Privacy
Data Controller Responsibilities
- You are the data controller for candidate data processed through our Service
- You must obtain necessary consents and provide required notices to candidates
- You must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of data processing activities
Our Role as Data Processor
- We process data solely as instructed by you through the Service
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- We provide tools for data subject requests and data management
- Data Processing Agreements are available for enterprise customers
Service Availability and Support
Service Level
- We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur with limited notice
- Enterprise customers may have specific SLA agreements
Support
- Email support is provided to all users
- Response times vary by subscription plan
- Enterprise customers receive priority support
- We do not provide support for third-party integrations unless specifically agreed

- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emploit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable laws, or (d) your processing of candidate data through the Service.
Termination
Termination by You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation
- You may request data export before account deletion
Termination by Us
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- We may terminate the Service with 30 days' notice
- We may immediately suspend accounts for security or legal reasons
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Emploit is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
