Emploit started with a simple observation: staffing agencies and recruiting teams spend 60–70% of their time on first-round screening calls — and the majority of those candidates don't make it past the first round.
We asked: what if an AI could handle those interviews using the recruiter's own voice, asking their own questions, and delivering scored results — all without the recruiter being in the room?
